Please complete and submit the form below to register for classes.  The information you provide helps us place students in the correct classes and assists them throughout the year.  Once you have submitted the form an instructor will contact you to discuss your placement in the classes of your choice and the coordinating tuition.  After you have spoken with an instructor and confirmed the classes of your choice you will be asked to present payment.  You can pay in the studio with cash or check or online through Paypal.  If you would like register via hard copy, you can do so at the Wayzata Ballet studio. 

If you are interested in classes but are not ready to register, contact us to take a free trial class.

In the event a student wishes to withdraw from the school for any reason a 60 day written notice must be delivered by U.S. Mail to Wayzata Ballet (address below). Tuition will be prorated 60 days forward from the receipt of the notice and all tuition through that date must be paid to cancel the agreement.
